Job Responsibility

  • Monitoring sales performance each area
  • Improve sales strategy of distributor or request to trade operation senior manager to change distributor in low performance area
  • Coaching and training sales supervisor
  • Coaching sub distributor’s staff in direct operation area.
  • Monitoring sell in and sell out performance each sub distributor
  • Create sales plan and local promotion plan with sub distributor
  • Managing sub distributor’s performance for distribution, merchandising and service level and request to improve if necessary

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • 10 years of experience in sales
  • Having experience as area sales manager or regional sales manager in FMCG company minimum 2 years
  • Excellent in negotiation, communication and management skills.
  • Good logical thinking, leadership and strategy planning skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales operations
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
