One Touch Curry
EZAKI Ri-ichi had a long-term vision of not limiting products to confectionery and expanding into the food field since the company's founding, and in 1958, he decided to enter the processed food field. One Touch Curry has long been a core product among the many products Glico has developed. Reflecting the feedback from housewives, Glico developed a curry roux that melts quickly without being shaved down by applying chocolate bar technology, which played a role in expanding the instant curry market.
