Creating a Market for Snacks in Step with the Times
In response to complaints that the only snacks available are dried squid and other dried foods that go well with Japanese sake, we took on the challenge of creating stylish snacks that go well with beer and wine. The company's flavorful snacks have been a hit and are helping to boost the enjoyment of drinking alcoholic beverages at home, especially among young men.

Leveraging the baked goods manufacturing techniques developed for the Pretz brand, Cratz are bite-sized snacks made from roasted, thick pretzels. They are appealing for their crunchy texture and spicy flavor.

Cheeza
A rich cheese snack that tastes like cheese baked thinly. After its launch, the product was so popular that production could not keep up and sales were suspended.

Launch of Two Types of Cheeza with Raw Cheese
By changing the ingredient from powdered cheese to (53%) raw cheese, the depth of flavor was dramatically increased and the real taste of cheese can now be enjoyed. Two flavors, “Cheddar cheese” and “Camembert cheese,” were released at the same time.

Contains less cereal grains and more fiber with properties similar to cereal grains. With 25% less carbohydrates, customers can enjoy drinking alcoholic beverages at home in a carefree manner with delicious snacks.
