Pocky Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

You will need :
- 1 pack Pocky Strawberry
- 500 ml Heavy Cream
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 100 gr cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 gr Strawberry Fruit
- Sufficiently Strawberry Syrup

Let’s Try!
1. Whip Heavy Cream until it become stiff enough
2. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract, Strawberry Fruit and Pocky which have been cut into small pieces
3. Stir well
4. Pour it into a container
5. Add enough Strawberry Syrup to create the patterns
6. Refrigerate in the freezer for +8 hours
7. Serve with Strawberry Fruit and Pocky Strawberry
